Mac OS 9 Setup Guide

Locate and Open Internet Setup Assistant on your Mac and follow the steps below for setting up the internet with TNETS.

Step 1 - Would you? Click Yes

Step 2 - Internet Configuration - Click Yes

Step 3 - Introduction - After reading you can click the right arrow.

Step 4 - Name the Configuration - Name the configuration TNETS and make sure that Modem is checked.

Step 5 - Choose your Modem from the drop down list and choose Tone or Pulse dialing,

Step 6 - Dialup Number, Enter the Dialup number that we gave you, along with your Username and Password.

Step 7 - Script? Check No.

Step 8 - IP Address? Check No

Step 9 - DNS Information. You may leave the first field blank and enter tnets.net in the second field.

Step 10 - Email Address. Enter your email address (yourusername@tnets.net) and password.

Step 11 - Email Account. Enter your email address and type mail.tnets.net in the second field.

Step 12 - News Server. Enter news.tnets.net

Step 13 - Proxies? Check No.

Step 14 - Finish!
